1. 練習開檔、寫檔、關檔
- 開啟codeblocks - File - New - Empty File
- 開啟檔案 `fopen()` 要先有指標 `File * fin == fopen("file.txt", "w+");
- printf()改裝fprintf()
- 關閉檔案 `fclose(fin)`

5. 讀入檔案
- 新增一個 New File,命名 week14_TRT_angle_write_and_read

6. 更改存檔位置
- 滑鼠右鍵點擊 week14_TRT_angle_write_and_read.cbp檔,以nopad++開啟
- 更改nopad++的 working_dir
