安裝OpenCV

 File-New-EmptyFile, 存成 week09_opencv.cpp 程式很簡單

 Setting-Compiler Setting 

 Search directories 的 Compiler 要 Add C:\OpenCV2.1\include

 Search directories 的 Linker 要 Add C:\OpenCV2.1\lib

Setting-Compiler Setting 裡面 Linker setting-> cv210、 cxcore210、 highgui210
